When you send a quote request we collect the details you type in: name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, travel date, number of travelers, the tour you are interested in and your message. We also record which page you sent the form from so we can reply about the right trip.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare a quote and organize your trip if you decide to book. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing

If you book, we share the details needed to run your trip (for example names and passport numbers for Machu Picchu tickets, Inca Trail permits or train seats) with the official authorities and service providers involved.

Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers with access limited to our team. We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
